Oh wow. You were practically a neighbor, except that I moved here from L.A. about 8 months ago. The Reston story is very interesting. The first (or one of the first) planned communities in the world, I think. I've actually got my eye on Lake Anne when I go to buy a place next year or so.

So, yes, back to the burger. Well, I think part of it was that I went to a place that cooks everything with healthfully. Organic, olive oil, fresh, not frozen ingredients and so on. I know it's risky, so I won't play with that kind of fire often. The funny thing is that I've practically become a vegan, so that was a serious cheat.

I've been behaving since, but oddly enough, I had a moderate attack today out of nowhere. It happened after lunch, so I know it wasn't the fruit I had for breakfast. I had a variety of non-dairy, veggie dishes from the cafeteria, but I've always questioned what they are all cooked in, so maybe that had something to do with it. Or perhaps it was the onions with the green beans or something along those lines. I had onions the other night with no problems. Argh! The fun never ends.
