Hi Amber

I'm a D, too. (Sometimes A, but mostly D.) The BEST advice I can give you about reintroducing IF into your diet is to DESTROY it all ...hehe and by that I mean... when you first reintroduce it, only have IF that's pureed into soups, sauces and smoothies, mashed, or really really really finely chopped (as for nuts).

That way you can be sure you're *getting* the IF, but you're making it much (much!) easier to digest. Then you can gradually start having some whole IF (slowly now) but you don't need to worry about not getting fruits and veggies in your diet - heck, you could puree all your fruits and veggies forever if you wanted and you wouldn't have to worry about nutrition problems. (Actually, most of the fruits and veggies I eat *are* pureed, and I've been stable on the diet for over a year now )

And yes, as always, only after SF.
