Eating IF foods after eating SF should be safe. Since you're scared of IF effects, make sure you peel fruits, and maybe mash or cook the fruits and vegetables to make it easier to digest.
I don't think I can really tell you which fruits and veggies are best because I think it can be different for different people, but brocolli, and cabbage tend to be very gassy choices.
