I'm really nervous about reintroducing insoluble fiber to my diet. I'm an A, but get D more often than C. That's why adding back insoluble fiber foods scare me. I'm so worried about having painful cramping and D that I have done really well avoiding anything that might cause me discomfort. However, I'm getting what seems to be more and more C. I know I need to exercise more, but w/ a baby it's hard. Still, that's no excuse. And I know I need to eat more fruits and veggies.

What if I ate my normal high SF breakfast and then followed it with some fruit, like strawberries or melon?

If I follow every high SF meal w/ insoluble fiber, should I be okay?

What are the safest insoluble fiber foods.

I'm just so nervous I don't know what to do, but I want to prevent C from developing too much!

Thanks for your help everyone!

Amber
