This actually came up within the past week - someone posted that her naturopath told her most IBSers should avoid yeast. That's certainly not the case for me - if you do a Search you can find my post on that.
I'm with Khyricat. If you have IBS, yeast breads should be fine. I'd say they make up 50% of my SF foods most days. If you have something else - candida, SIBO, STC, chronic idiopathic constipation, parasites, gall bladder problems, thyroid problems, endometriosis, diverticulitis - instead of IBS or in addition to IBS, then whether yeast breads are okay depends on what else you have.
