Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

I'm always doing a million things and so often I don't get a chance to log onto these message boards.

I'm still flying back and forth six times a year to see my beau in California, and he flies to Toronto six times a year to see me. We've been paying Air Canada's mortgage off with all of our flights!

We've been making these trips for almost six years now. Last month we celebrated our 25th day-we-met anniversary. We met skating on the Rideau Canal in Ottawa on the evening of Jan. 17, 1981!

My day job keeps me busy for long hours. I run a small business outside of work. Lately I've had my apartment under renovation. Somewhere in between all of this I try to find time to attend an occasional play, film or concert, and to go to the gym.

It's fair to say I literally have no time to bother with IBS symptoms so it's a darn good thing for Heather and her diet! Even three years after discovering Heather's website, her diet and IBS wisdom continue to transform my life!

Like my photo, I'm pretty much always smiling. Life is too short to waste time frowning!
