I was mentioning at a dinner with friends that I didn't eat red meat (I quit long before I knew I had IBS) that I just didn't feel well when I ate it. A gentleman asked me if I had a+ blood which I do and he told me that red meat doesn't agree with those with A+ blood. I know that there are many folks with A+ blood out there who eat red meat all the time which could debunk the theory but for ME it is right on the money. -------------------- Have a blessed day!...Rachel stable and sooooooo thankful!
