soy flour?       10/27/03 04:47 PM Edit Reply Quote rlan Reged: 06/05/03 Posts: 161 I was wondering if I could substitute soy flour for reg. flour? For ex. I was going to make oatmeal cookies and thought soy would add fiber and protein. would it work better in some recipes than others.
