About the "safe food to eat when you can't eat anything"       02/09/06 03:23 AM Edit Reply Quote Proximo Reged: 02/09/06 Posts: 3 Hi! I have IBS sympthomps for more than 2 years and i decided yesterday to try the diet written in this site. Because i am not from the U.S. some of the products (cereals for exapmle) listed on the "safe food to eat when you can't eat anything" are not being sold here so i am ending up eating only white bread, pasta, rice, potatos, crackers and bananas with peppermint tea. Are there more safe food that i can eat? (something to put on the bread will make a great difference) i am asking becuase living only on what i eat is extremly difficult for me...
