You don't have to use the rotisserie chickens at the grocery store; you can do your own if you're afraid of the sorbitol. (Although, as I stated in my previous post, not ALL of the seasoned chickens contain sorbital. You have to read the ingredients.) When I'm not so lazy, I fix my own chickens, then make the stock.
