These Boards are for people who are following the Eating For IBS Diet and the rest of the Website explains that diet fully. If your diarrhea isn't being caused by losing your gall bladder and you do in fact have IBS, I'd definitely say give this approach a try. It worked wonders for my IBS-D. It's a good idea to get a copy of the book "The First Year - IBS" - your library may have it or you can buy it from this Website or from a bookstore.
