IBS with severe diarrhea       01/27/06 08:48 PM Edit Reply Quote 1218 Reged: 01/27/06 Posts: 1 What type of diet should I be on? Is there any good books? My doctor has me on Lonex and keeps telling to stay away from milk and I can eat rice and pasta. Several times I ask him and he kept repeating himself. There must be more to life then that??? I had my bladder removed and my large colon removed on the right side. Foods go through me as soon as I eat because there isn't enough to absorb the water. What can I do?
