a little lost       01/26/06 03:33 PM Edit Reply Quote ozzie Reged: 01/26/06 Posts: 1 Loc: Adelaide, South Australia I live in south australia, and am new to all this information. I was recently diagnosed with IBS before Xmas, so I decided to order 'Eating for IBS' book through our local book store. What I would like to know if is there other Australians out there who are trying to cope with IBS, as I would really appreciate any advice at the moment. I have days where my tummy is great and others are terrible. I'm desperatly trying to adjust to the right food and so far I think it seems to be helping somewhat.
