I picked up the box of eps, and a refrigerated jarro fos I think it was at the same time at store. I read the bottle of fos to check if it was dairy free and then went and bought the eps without reading it! I don't even know if dairy based probiotic would truly bother me, but I recently tried a different one (lactobacillus reutreri) and had gas and d for the week I used it. Thanks!
