I'm sorry you're feeling so miserable. Unfortunately, from what I've read on the Board, the general consensus is that the side-effects you're experiencing from your cleanse aren't unusual.
In the short term, you can try a heating pad and peppermint tea for the cramps. You could also try Imodium for the diarrhea, but since you've just tortured yourself with a colon cleanse to start going, that seems pretty counter-productive.
In the long term, I suggest Heather's diet. In one of the newsletters, Heather says:

With IBS, you can't beat, purge, or cleanse your colon into submission. Instead, just gently and consistently direct your gut towards normal motility.
The Break The Cycle diet might be helpful for a day or two to help your gut settle down. Then you need to start adding back in IF, some fat, and safe protein. The IF is especially important if you're usually C.
In the future, try doing a Search on the Board for something like a colon cleanse or post for help before you do it. The people here have heard of and/or tried almost everything and are a good source of info on anything you're thinking of using.
