Maybe they're just too much of a good thing - dairy + high fat + egg yolks. Sort of an IBS trifecta.
That's probably why they both taste so darn good, too. (Sigh.) Which brings up the other problem with these two foods, at least for me - it's almost impossible to eat just a little tiny bit.
