It's not worth it. Don't cheat. Truly. Stick with the program until you really ARE stable. Once you have that Big Mac for the first time, and it goes down just fine, you have a pretty good idea you're "good to go." But that takes a LONG time to get there. Don't rush it.
No, there was no pain, no gas, after my first dead cow carcass, not even after my first cuppa coffee or my first salad. None whatsoever. However, I had a little trouble after my first real ice cream. Dairy, in large amounts, is still a problem for me.
9804, it's just soooooo important to get better, it's not worth the cheating. I know, because I used to cheat with coffee, and it wasn't until I gave up that coffee that I began to "heal."
