Room Temperature Is Best!       01/12/06 01:59 PM Edit Reply Quote belinda Reged: 10/09/03 Posts: 474 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Yes, Linz is right -- stay away from ice cold water! It is best to drink room temperature water. Sometimes I splurge on bottled Evian water. Since there is very little I can drink, I figure (for what little I can drink) I should be entitled (guilt-free) to some "better quality" water! Most days, though, I drink room temperature bottled President's Choice water available at supermarkets here in Canada. I keep a bottle on my kitchen counter at all times. The water is cheap, but good! I never drink tap water except if I have boiled it in the kettle. I find I get totally nauseated from the chlorine if I drink unboiled tap water.
