The digestive enzymes I take are Jamieson brand. I take at least one at breakfast to control the morning bloating, and up to three at a time if I'm eating something that isn't good for me.
I am not taking the CleanseMore on a regular basis, even during the cleanse I was only taking one pill every other day or so (it recommends up to two a day). That pill isn't really needed if you're following a high fiber diet. I found there were way less side effects caused by the dairy when I took one afterwards. I would not have been able to enjoy the holidays at all if it weren't for these two supplements. She also said that in the long run I will not require the enzymes and stuff if I continue to follow the general diet plan.
