Better, thanks. I seem to be past the "I'm getting beaten up" stage and into the "I got beat up stage". I figure another all SF day and I'll be ready to branch out into some safe protein and chicken broth. Luckily I have the recipes I pulled off the Diet Board on my computer so I can just look for the ones with the oldest date stamp to reconstruct what I was eating when I first started on Heather's diet.
