I myself had the worst attack I have had since being on this diet a year ago. I was in agony for 2 hours when I finally went to the bathroom. But since then my tummy is not behaving real great. I too thought I could start cheating with more fat in my diet, cookies from the holidays, pop, french fries, and oh a few other little no no's . It really brought me back to the reality of this nasty condition we have. It actually made me a bit depressed too. But I try to keep remembering that I was stable once and will get there again and i know that I have people here who understand completely.
