Girl, you know what to do. You just gotta do it, that's all, and you'll feel better in no time. I know how you feel, 'cause I'm battling this Weight Watcher's Diet (and I'm losing the battle). I just have to use their cookbook and substitute soy for the dairy, stay clear of all their "ready-made" products, and then I think I'll be okay. But if it's any consolation, I was doubled over yesterday too. Donnatal came to my rescue and allowed me to finally get out of bed and move around a little. Tummy is better today, but no Maltitol for this gal ever again!
Girlfriend, you are NOT an idiot, don't tell yourself otherwise! You learned a hard lesson, that's all. Just like I did. I mean, I knew better, I knew Maltitol is bad for me, but I gave in to the temptation. I'm not an idiot, it's just a tough lesson hard learned -- but learned well. I know I'll feel better soon.
AND SO WILL YOU! Got any Donnatal? Equalactin? Hot water bottle? JACK? (Just kidding, just kidding.....)
