Hang in there, Sand. I know it stinks, but this too shall pass and you'll stabilize again the same way you stabilized in the first place. And don't even THINK about kicking yourself for "doing this to yourself"; we're only human and we all do it at some point or another. (We won't even get into the horrible food I was eating over the holidays, and how crappy I felt by yesterday, because I'm sure you already know exactly what I'm talking about!)
Go easy on yourself. Peppermint tea, white toast in little nibbles. Have your applesauce and acacia, and keep on trying even if you body rebels the first time. It *will* calm down.
