For me the path to IBS attacks starts like this: I feel better, lots better, get confident, try a little bit of some trigger food, have no reaction, try it again and again - each time increasing the amount - and then POW! Attack! However, feeling guilty or having regrets won't undo the attack. You'll just have to BTC and try to make yourself as comfortable as possible. I really think you'll bounce back from this rather quickly. You've been stable for a while, and now you know how to get stable. Do you have heat packs and meds readily available?
