Switch to Rice Dream & you'll feel better. Also, the type/brand of cereal makes a huge difference. I'm fine with Rice Krispies or Crispix. Actually, most of the time I eat it dry because I prefer it that way. Sugar in the morning really makes me ill. Also, most soy milks have added sugar. Perhaps you might be carrageenan sensitive?
