So, I thought I'd try soy. But I don't drink it very often. As for the EFI book, I haven't gotten it yet. I need to order it. I don't eat heavy in the morning, just can't stomach the thought of Eggbeaters first thing in the morning. Plus, I don't have time to cook either. I notice that alot of the recipies on this site have alot of ingredients that are expensive & I wouldn't use often. I just try to keep it simple, like pasta or rice & frozen veggies.
