Hey Bevvy!
I'm not plugged...sometimes I just get off schedule and it throws me off. For example, I've been going in 1 1/2 hrs early to work every day this week, so I go, but not nearly as well as when I'm on my regular schedule. Sometimes I don't go till afternoon or night, when I normally go in the am, so I feel "stuffed" all day. Or sometimes I even skip a day. So, not severe, but definitely swinging toward C more than D, although typically stable. Uh, this is getting confusing!
Anyway, yeah, I eat fruit. I make Heather's blueberry oatmeal or eat cheerios with dried cranberries almosts every morning for breakfast. On weekdays anyway. Then I also eat Barbara's bakery cereal bars with the fruit in the middle, peach or berry applesauce, soy yogurt, quick breads.....I think you get the point. ![](/messageboards/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif)
