Amy's Marinara Sauce       12/09/05 01:10 PM Edit Reply Quote AmberBoBamber Reged: 12/05/05 Posts: 120 Loc: California I've noticed that this brand of sauce is on the safe foods list. I looked it up online and it is dairy free, low fat, etc. Is that why it is safe? I just use to get sick after having spaghetti, but maybe it is because I ate it w/ meat sauce (mom's homemade w/ ground beef and ribs!) and parmesan cheese? I'm just scared to have an attack because I've been doing so well lately, but I miss marinara sauce so much! Have a lot of you had luck eating Amy's? Thanks!!
