I am so glad that I found someone who is a image of me My IBS started after giving birth, like 3 months after. My best friend had IBS before she got pregnant and now after having 2 children back to back (13 months apart) her IBS is in complete remission. Sometimes she has days where she feels like something did not agree with her stomach, but she can pretty much eat and drink whatever she wants. So I am hoping that her miracle becomes mine after my next pregnancy. I to was 20 when I gave birth and am now 22.
I defintely found that a lack of sleep caused my stomach to hurt a little more then usual. And not being able to sleep through the night was even worse. Usually my husband took the midnight shift and I took him during the day. He did not sleep through the night on a regular basis until he was about 11 months old. I stay home during the day and work weekends. So I was usually always home when I had an attack. My husband works shift work so he is a home a majority of the week. He is very understanding and caring. He does not like to hear the details, but always ask if I am ok before he turns our terrible 2 child over to me.
I just cross my fingers and pray everyday that someday I will be symptom free. Good Luck and it was nice talking to you. Let me know if you need any advice/support with the little one and enjoy him while he is still little, once the bottle is gone so are the cuddles
