Although I do support cleanses, I don't support all cleanses. I myself go to both a doctor and a naturopath. Each is aware that I go to the other, and they are aware what medicine or supplement I am taking. I wouldn't choose any old cleanse and do it on my own, it should be done under some kind of supervision because some cleanses might be too rigorous, or strong for your body. The goal is to reach a herxheimer reaction, but too much too soon is not too good for your body all at once, it should be more gradual. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
