But my doc is very curious as to why I am always C in x-rays. She wanted to do an impromptu xray last year to see how I would show up. My GI doc says that if a person has occassional D then they can't have backed up gunk, but I don't know about that. My family have tortuous colons with lots of twists and turns and that might be leading to problems. Hmm I smell a colonoscopy coming on! -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
