My doc has talked about the problems with homeopathy before, but I am not necessarily wanting to talk about natural remedies. I am wanting to discuss what is inside my intestines and how to get it out, why my IBS is so bad in winter and what can really be done for bloating. I would try an actual medical drug if needed. Personally, I scoff at the idea of toxins in the body causing every sort of problem. My skin and hair are great, no headaches, no trouble sleeping, no depression, so those cleanses focusing on those things don't intrigue me too much.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
