Yeah, I just booked a cruise and I'm on a mission to loose 10lbs also!! MORE CARDIO! I've increased my workouts from 3 miles 3 times a week to 5 miles 4 times a week and I've lost 2 pounds this week! I'm also trying to really watch my portion control. I'm so bad when I'm doing dishes and cleaning up after dinner, I think "ok, theres only a few bits of that left, not enough to save so I eat it!' So, what I've been doing is fixing my plate and BEFORE I sit down to eat put any leftover food away. That may sound silly to some people but I bet that saves 200-300calroies a week! You can still lose weight and follow Heathers diet, I tried to keep my fat grams to about 10 a day, as long as your exercising I don't think you need to worry about the carbs too much!!
I also bought a new bikini and have it hanging up on the wall where I work out as a motavator!! Hey, whatever gets you moving, right?!
