It is cheaper than the Primal, but I have noticed positive results with the Primal Defense. It just takes FOREVER.....I was on it 2 years ago and it really helped me. NO miracle, of course, and I still had to follow the diet and all that stuff, but it did help with the gas, eventually. I just started taking it again last month, so I won't see results for probably another couple of months because I can only handle 2 a day or I will get really bad D!! Take Care!
