I am curious.. any family or friends of mine who know I fight the IBS (C type) have recommended or talked about how oatmeal is the problem solver. Oatmeal makes them GO!!! I have tried it a couple of diff times but doesn't work for me.. have to give it up since it makes me worse?? I don't understand why is that?? If it is a soluble fiber why does it give me so much trouble. I am just really bummed that everything that seems to work for everyone else just won't work for me??? Am I ever going to find anything that works? I would like to know if anyone else has a similar finding on this?
