Vitamins       10/06/03 03:33 PM Edit Reply Quote Hollie Reged: 10/06/03 Posts: 2 Can Vitamins aggravate IBS? It seems to me that every time I try to start taking a daily vitamin, my IBS flares up; therefore, I have never taken vitamins on a regular basis. My doctor, at my last visit, highly recommended I start taking a daily vitamin, but my med cabinet is full of different vitamins I've tried, but due to complications of IBS, I stopped them. Is there any connection? Or could someone recommend a brand they have used successfully. I've had IBS-D for 23 years Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
