In the early days I was a benefiber chic. Prob was that it made me a bit gassy/bloated.

I never found one that worked without some side effect for me. (I'm rare in this).

Nothing I repeat NOTHING I eat/do relieves me completely of my symptoms. BUT they get BETTER...

So I live with "better" knowing I will never be symptom free.

I have so many things going on with my body. It will likely never be "great".

And that's okay. It is after all the way I was made

I don't know what else to say?? I am thankful for the days I don't notice my bloating and gas and pain as much. Those for me are GREAT days

P.S. I am not the usual IBS case. I have IC, (likely pelvic floor syndrome and vulvodynia as we well), fibro, migraines, bipolar, anxiety, OCD, abuse history, sinus/allergy issues......
IC also gives a person bloating probs. This could be why it won't budge no matter what I do. If my IC or PFS flare...the bloating is there independent of the IC. See, not a "typical" gal
