Abruptly changing SFS       11/10/05 12:09 PM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois Has anyone changed their SFS overnight without weaning themeselves onto the new one? I have been taking 10.5 grams of Acacia for the past 2 months and I'm out now. So, I got some Benefiber to replace it. I'm scared about how my body is going to react at such a high dose change. I don't want to cut back as it took me so long to work up to this. Has anyone successfully switched SFS overnight at such a high dose? I'm trying to avoid paying for shipping of Acacia since I am so broke. And even if I did decide to order it this weekend, it wouldn't get to me until next Thursday or Friday. What do I do? Are Acacia and Benefiber similar? Or might the Benefiber cause problems? I don't know what to do. -------------------- ~ Beth Constipation, pain prodominent,cramps, spasms and bloat!
