This is disgusting but my mother suggested that I use suppositories like Preparation H or just glycerine suppositories and it worked for me the other day. I used Prep H and went for a walk that evening and I got rid of ALL OF IT, the next morning. Like I said, just a suggestion.....it worked for me. The exercise is helping me more than anything, I believe. When I was just sitting inside all day, I was getting severely C and that is soo unlike me. Michelle -------------------- IBS-D.
