...and I'm REALLY sensitive to fat... it's my worst trigger (ok, maybe tied with dairy). However, I don't sit down and drink a glass of the stuff; I mostly put it on cereal, and then if you figure the fat content combined with the cereal, it's a lot lower than 31%.
For what it's worth, I also don't sit down and figure percentages on anything. Typically, if it has 6g of fat or less per serving, I'm fine with it. No matter what it is, outside of the big trigger foods, of course.
Don't even get me started on groceries. At least you have choices there. Living in the middle of nowhere, I go to the best of 3 grocery stores, and still don't have the choices you do - for me, it's Silk, store brand, or Rice Dream, and that's it. Soy ice cream? Nope. Even our health food store up here doesn't carry the soy subs that a lot of people on here use. Ok, ok, done ranting... I can sympathize a little, though.
