I want to switch and get away from sucralose because it is bad for IBS and digestion. I didn't know it was splenda before. It is possible that splenda is not bothering me but my strategy with IBS is to avoid anything that could make my stomach upset. I wouldn't dream of purposely ingesting splenda anymore after Heather's article!

Also my online store doesn't have regular Eighth continent, my local store doesn't have it at all. The store in the next town I don't go to often does have it. I think I could try to get my online store to carry it. I hate to have to drive around every week for something important like soy milk. I do like the taste of Eighth Continent.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
