Have you ever had natural soy milk? It's delicious! No carageenan, no addititives/glutamates.

You could make your own.

I think 3.5g fat/100 calories would be the equivalent of 1 percent milk, to compare it to cow's milk.

Perhaps switching to rice milk? In Canada, the only fatfree soy milk is SO GOOD brand.
