Well I had long been drinking Eighth Continent Light, but now I found out it has splenda so I guess I have to switch. My local grocery store, but not my delivery grocery store, has Full Circle, which tastes ok but has 31% fat and that makes it too high to drink on an empty stomach. Silk also has that- 3.5g for 100 cals. I don't even like the taste of Silk anyway. So this week I bought from my delivery store 1 silk and 1 eighth cont light. They don't have the regular eighth cont. Anyway it is perplexing. In general I am having the darnedest time with groceries; of the 3 stores I can go to they all have different things I need! Soon I am going to be like my grandma and go to all of them every week! The local store is ok but doesn't have good baguettes. The delivery has good baguettes and good sliced bread but no soy ice cream and they are more expensive. etc etc. What do other people do for soy milk? Is 3.5 grams in 100 cals ok for you?
