Spelt and Buckwheat?       10/18/05 09:12 PM Edit Reply Quote AmandaM Reged: 10/05/05 Posts: 488 Are they safe? I searched the message boards to see what people have said and found a whole lot of posts, but no general consenus as to whether they are SF and their safety. Just wondering if anyone now has answers. I have been eating spelt flour products with seemingly great success, but I just wanted to get everyone's two-cents. My main concern is the buckwheat.
