It also suggests 1 to 2 slices of whole-grain bread, brown rice, 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed, Reduced-Fat Triscuits and these Breakfast cereals: 1 cup of Raisin Bran = 8 grams of fiber,1/2 cup of All-Bran = 10 grams, 1 cup of Frosted Shredded Wheat Spoonsize = 5 grams, 1 1/4 cups of cooked oatmeal = 5 grams.
I thought H's diet was based more on white french and sourdough breads, low fiber cereals (rice chex, honeycombs, etc) and white grains.
What did you think about the laxative comments?
I'm not saying I agree, it's just confusing to see a reputable site give this info.
