Morning !! (well it is here) Any ideas what i can do to ease the symptoms of ibs whilst i am on my period ? i get sooo gassy and bloated and feel awful ! Anyway im off to do my food shop so ill let u know how i got on - making a real big effort to do ibs shopping !! ha ha mad aint i !
