Hoping someone can clarify this for me...does anyone know what exactly Rooibos is? I just picked up a vanilla rooibos herbal tea that I would really like to try, but I don't really know what it is Like is it an herb? A plant? A root? I just want to make sure it's not something that could interact with any medications (a la St. John's Wort) or something like that.
