I will try again and see what happens...I have not tried the caplets. I remember you were telling me that you take a ton of them everyday, like 24??? If the Fiber Choice doesn't work out for me, I will take the caplets. I remember back when I had this problem in college, I drank Metamucil until I couldn't take it anymore, and then I took Fibercon tablets because those were the only caplets on the market, back then. I remember those doing really well for me, too. Well, I will give the Fiber Choice a fair chance since my husband bought me a big box of them and I'll keep you updated! Thanks again!
