I think we were both having particularly hard days....I know I was. I had a really hard morning and I'm sorry to hear you are having such a hard time, too. It all sucks and I do want everyone to feel better, too. I wish I could find the cure for both!!! I hope you get to feeling better soon!! I took my first Fiber Choice tonight and I DID NOT bloat up like a balloon like I have been lately, even with the Cirucel. It usually doesn't make me bloat but for the past month, it has been making me bloat just as bad as the Acacia. So, we'll see how tomorrow goes!! Take Care all and Sleep Well!
