OH, I know.....it's disgusting. So, you only take the Fiber Choice, then?? You don't use a liquid at all?? That would be so awesome if I could do that.....you are right, one scoop is 2 grams. So, I take 6 grams a day. I will get some of the caplets in the trial size and see how that goes...I used to take them all the time when I was constipated in the Navy, but I never tried them since I got the IBS-D. I thought I needed to take "goop", to feel better, but I don't feel any better. Yesterday, I felt so bad, I couldn't even take my afternoon dose of Citrucel because I was afraid of getting nauseous.....so I skipped it and just took it twice yesterday. So, that was a whopping 4 grams!! It's not working, I actually got constipated, yesterday.....which was very wierd. But I'm on an AD that causes constipation. That is what I was on in the Navy that constipated me, so I figured I would try that one again and I think it's switching me from "D" to "C", which I would rather have, anyday!! I need to get my dose of SFS higher! I can do that easily with the Fiber Choice. 2 tablets is 4 grams!!
